I have studied embodiment, sacred sexuality, polarity, and tantra extensively. I am home in this realm. I look forward to making you feel at home too. 

Here are some examples of my formal training in the area of Tantra & Sacred Sexuality ~

  • I completed a 6 -month program on Feminine Embodiment, Expression, and Emotional Mastery with John Wineland. 

  • I completed year 1 of John Wineland's Advanced Teacher Training program on Embodiment, Tantra, Sexual Polarity & Sacred Intimacy 

  • I have studied extensively with ISTA - International School of Temple Arts (10 trainings) - and am an assistant for their Level 1 & Level 2 trainings. 

  • I have a Level 1 certification in Authentic Relating, with the Light/Dark Institute (Conscious kink & BDSM), and Reiki Level 1. I am starting to work more with Om Rupani. 

  • I have been a 5 rhythms dancer for six years & a certified yoga teacher

  • Certified Astrologer and Master Mentor with Debra Silverman Astrology

  • I also have two Master’s degrees - in another life I worked in poverty reduction, sustainable agriculture, and international development for almost ten years. 

I know that my path is to clear distortion and shadow around sexuality and support people to come fully into their power and gifts using eros. I strongly believe in self-liberation for collective- liberation and bringing sexuality fully into transformational work is a critical piece of this. My inspiration and motivation comes a lot from my personal and ancestral journey with sexuality, abuse, and shame. I have so much life force that wants to move through me and I have spent my entire life trying to figure out what to do with it. It has only been since I embraced eros entirely and for its transmutation power, that my life, body, purpose, and spirituality has become fully aligned and clear. I have had to move through so much of my own (and generations back) trauma and now I am on the other side. I want this for everyone. I want this for YOU.

Let me share a bit with you about WHY I do this and HOW I am qualified to ensure a transformative experience for you. 

I have been holding safe, intimate spaces for people for six years. Using a blend of tantra, nervous system attunement, parts dialogue, Astrology, archetypes, polarity, shadow work, touch, eros, and pleasure; I meet people exactly where they are and we journey from there. I believe in the power of EROS for transmutation of core wounds and outdated nervous system patterns. By learning to be with sensation - painful & pleasurable - you develop more capacity to shift out of patterns that do not serve you. From there, you have more space and the ability to choose how you want to create your life. You are the creator. 

I am a Certified Astrologer and I will ask for your birth information (with your consent) because Astrology is a language I speak. 

The focus of my work is building capacity for intimacy and confronting whatever is in the way of that. I have a special interest in working with shame within male and female bodies and the core wounding underneath that craves acknowledgement, expression, and embodiment. I believe in the power of intimacy -emotional, energetic, spiritual, and physical - to heal relational wounding and support deeper ongoing individual work with their core wounds. I am interested in liberation and transformation and supporting my clients to be in their fullest, most authentic expression. Feel safe and celebrated to meet all of themselves and therefore dance with life and others on a more intimate, true level. 

Together, we will get very clear on the nature of our container - sharing desires, boundaries, and intentions of our time together. We will co-create a safe, exquisite, intimate space that will serve our highest good. Within the structure of desire & intention, we will play & explore with so much freedom.

Letting the moment guide us. Following what is real and true. Revealing more of ourselves on the journey and inviting emotion, sensation, conversation, and connection. All is welcome -grief, insecurity, shame, fear, joy, ecstasy, love.
